Shipping and Returns 

At RytAir we understand the importance of responsiveness and receiving your equipment as soon as possible. We stock most of the products to assure they get off our shelves and in your hands.

  • Delivery Alternatives 
    • UPS Ground (Free shipping on all orders!)
    • UPS Blue (2nd Day)
    • UPS Red (Next Day)
    • Expedited Options 
  • Any expedited order placed for a stocked item* shall be made prior to 1:00PM EDT. Expedited orders placed after 1:00PM will be shipped the following day.

Merchandise Return Policy 

Scope: All Products Sold by RytAir

All merchandise return requests shall be submitted within 30 Days of the sale. In order to complete a return, the merchandise shall meet the following terms and conditions: 

  • Freight Damage
    • Damages occurred while in transit and visible upon arrival shall be accepted as damaged at the time of delivery. 
    • Concealed or hidden damage: Merchandise shall be inspected upon arrival for any hidden damage.
If any damage is found, please call customer service immediately while keeping all packaged materials. Damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt or returns will not be accepted. 
    • Material Returned must be in original package and in new condition 
      • RytAir will not accept returns for used or installed products. If one or any pieces of the equipment were used, RytAir will not accept returns.
      • Return shipment costs for ordered items correctly delivered and in good working order shall be paid for by the customer.
    • Made to Order OR Non-Returnable Products 
      • Some Items are classified as Made to Order or non-returnable. This shall include, but are not limited to, custom made products, special orders, equipment labeled as MTO (Made to Order), and high volume orders. Non-Returnable merchandise will receive no refund and will not be accepted when returned. These items will be clearly labeled at the time of purchase.
      • Warranty
        • Warranty claims are subjected to the manufacturer’s inspection of the product. If the merchandise is determined to be defective, a replacement or refund shall be issued. 
      • Order Cancellation 
        • RytAir must approve all cancelled orders and will confirm your order cancellation via email. Made To Order and custom orders will not be cancellable after two days of ordering. Equipment that has shipped or been picked for shipment can not be cancelled. Items that have been shipped or picked for shipment will need to be returned pursuant to our Return Policy.

      Material Return Process

      Return Address for all item returns is our Randolph, MA location listed below. Please make sure to always include your Order Number on your return label, as shown:

      Please keep the tracking number of the shipment until the merchandise is returned to RytAir. If the shipment gets lost or does not make it to RytAir, it is the customers responsibility to track the shipment and contact the carrier.
